Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal
business hours.
Return Policy
Products requested to be returned for credit must meet the
following criteria before any credit will be issued:
- RMAs
are accepted for orders shipped within the last 12 months.
- All
returns must be preceded by an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization). No
returned products will be accepted without an RGA.
- Return
freight costs must be covered by the shipper.
- A
minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover receiving, handling,
inspection, and restocking of returned products.
- Products
returned due to defects or quality issues are not subject to restocking
charges and return freight fees for these products will be covered.
- All
returned products are subject to inspection upon return.
- Returned
products must be in resalable condition. No used, damaged, weathered, or
obsolete parts will be accepted. Must be returned in same bag / box
quantity as sold / shipped.
- Non-approved
products returned will not be accepted. Parts can be returned at the
shipper’s expense or discarded. A decision must be made within 5 business
days of notification of rejected products.
- If a
decision is not communicated within this period, rejected products will be
discarded.
- Any
returned products rejected during the inspection process are subject to
the same conditions as non-approved products.
- Credit
will be issued based on the original purchase price of the returned
products after inspection approval.
- Credit
will be issued to the "ship to location" unless prior
arrangements have been made.
Shipping Policy
Please note: Orders are not processed on weekends or
holidays.
- Orders
will not be delivered to PO and APO/FPO box addresses.
- Orders
are shipped via UPS and FedEx Ground, unless otherwise specified. If the order
size or weight exceeds the carrier restrictions, the order will be shipped
via the most appropriate freight carrier for the purchaser's address.
- Delivery
time is based on the time required for payment authorization, order
processing, and actual transit.
- Delivery
schedules are subject to conditions beyond the carrier's control, such as
weather or mechanical issues.
International Deliveries
- All
pricing and shipping costs are in U.S. dollars.
- Customers
are responsible for duties and taxes unless otherwise noted when order is
placed.
Additional Information
- The
price in effect at the time of your order is the price you will be
charged, plus shipping and applicable sales tax.
- If
your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery, then
notify our Customer Service department so that we can track the return and
issue your replacement or refund in a timely manner.
- For
security purposes, re-routing of packages while in transit is not allowed.
